Policy
- No smoking in the resort.
- Durian, mangosteen, jackfruit are not allowed in the resort.
- Pets are not allowed in the resort.
- Guests must use their credit card to pay for the reservation and present the credit card upon check-in.
- The resort is located near the international airport and in the “No Fly Cam Zone”; therefore, fly cams or drones are strictly prohibited.

- Children under 6 years old, sharing bed with parents, free breakfast surcharge.
- Children from 6 to under 12 years old, sharing bed with parents, breakfast surcharge: 200,000 VND/child/night or breakfast surcharge and extra bed: 500,000 VND/guest/night.
- Children from 12 years old and above are considered adults, breakfast surcharge: 700,000 VND/guest/night or breakfast surcharge and extra bed: 1,000,000 VND/guest/night. (Depending on the capacity of the hotel, extra beds can be replaced with extra mattresses).

RESORT CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
**From now - 10/31/2020:
- Low season (April 1 - October 31, 2020):
- Cancellation within 17 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) before check-in date will be charged 50% of the total room rate.
- Cancellation within 11 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) before check-in date or shortening stay or no-show: 100% of total rate room.
- Seasonal transition period(November 1 - December 23, 2019; January 7 - March 31, 2020):
- Cancellation within 24 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) before check-in date: 50% of total room rate will be charged.
- Cancellation within 17 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) before check-in date: 75% of total room rate will be charged.
- Cancellation within 11 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) before check-in date or shortening stay or no-show: 100% of total room rate will be charged room.
- Peak period (December 24, 2019 - January 6, 2020):
- Cancellation within 33 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Tet holidays) from the check-in date: charge 50% of the total room rate.
- Cancellation within 24 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Tet holidays) from the check-in date or shortening the stay or not arriving: charge 100% of the total room rate.
Children and extra bed policy
SERVICE CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY TOURS PHU QUOC:
Cancellation/change fee of a service booking = cancellation/change fee of the hotel + transaction processing fee
Cancellation/change fee of the resort: is the fee calculated based on the room cancellation conditions.
Transaction processing fee is as follows:
- Service booking under 4 million: from 40,000 VND to 2% of total service value.
- Service booking over 4 million: 1.5% of total service value.
- Service booking that cannot be canceled/changed and needs support for cancellation/change: depending on the case, the fee will be notified to you before proceeding.
