Policy
- No smoking in the resort.
- Durian, mangosteen, jackfruit are not allowed in the resort.
- Pets are not allowed in the resort.
- Guests must use their credit card to pay for the reservation and present the credit card upon check-in.
- The resort is located near the international airport and in the “No Fly Cam Zone”; therefore, fly cams or drones are strictly prohibited.
CHILD POLICY/EXTRA BED:
*Applicable until October 31, 2020:
- Children under 6 years old, sharing bed with parents, free breakfast.
- Children from 6 - 11 years old, sharing bed with parents, breakfast surcharge (mandatory): 260,000 VND/child/night or breakfast surcharge and extra bed (optional): 580,000 VND/child/night.
- Children from 12 years old and above, considered as adults, breakfast surcharge and extra bed: 700,000 VND/guest/night
- Depending on Depending on room capacity extra bed can be replaced with extra mattress.

GUEST ROOM CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY HOTEL:
* Low season (02.05.2020 - 31.10.2020)
- Cancellation 18 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays, New Year) before check-in date: no charge.
- Cancellation within 18 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays, New Year) before check-in date: 50% of total room rate.
- Cancellation within 13 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays, New Year) before check-in date or no-show: 100% of total rate room.
* Peak season and Tet holiday (the remaining periods of the year)
- Cancellation 24 days before (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays, Tet) check-in date: no charge.
- Cancellation within 24 days (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays, Tet) check-in date: 50% of total room charge.
- Cancellation within 18 days (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays, Tet) check-in date or no-show: 100% of total room charge.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
Cancellation/change fee of a service booking = cancellation/change fee of the hotel + transaction processing fee
Cancellation/change fee of the resort: is the fee calculated based on the cancellation conditions.
Transaction processing fee is as follows:
- Service booking under 4 million: from 40,000 VND to 2% of total service value.
- Service booking over 4 million: 1.5% of total service value.
- Service booking that cannot be canceled/changed and requires cancellation/change support: depending on the case, the fee will be notified to you before proceeding.
