Tour Plans

1Day 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - HANOI ( • Lunch • Dinner )

Morning:  The company representative will pick you up at the meeting point - domestic departure terminal  Tan Son Nhat International Airport, assist you with check-in procedures for the flight to Hanoi.

  • The car and tour guide will pick you up at  Noi Bai Airport, take you to the hotel, check in, rest, have lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon:  You will visit  Tran Quoc Pagoda - The oldest Tran Bac Pagoda in Vietnam with 1,500 years old located on the sacred Con Quy peninsula, with legends and myths about West Lake and Truc Bach Lake. Continue to visit Ngoc Son Temple, The Huc Bridge, Hoan Kiem Lake - Directly witness the 2.1m long, 1.2m wide Turtle displayed at Ngoc Son Temple.

  • You will visit Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam - The place is considered the first University of Vietnam with 82 Doctoral steles still recorded in history books. 

Evening: You are free to walk around Hanoi Old Quarter, stroll Hoan Kiem Lake, shop at the bustling night market...

Overnight in Hanoi.

2Day 2: HANOI - BAI DINH - TRANG AN - HA LONG ( • Breakfast • Lunch • Dinner )

Morning: You have breakfast, check out of the hotel, get on the bus and depart for Ninh Binh. 

  • Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, you will pray to Buddha at Bai Dinh Pagoda the pagoda with 500 La Han statues, the largest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam, 10m high and weighing 100 tons. 

Noon: You will have lunch at the restaurant and enjoy specialties 

Afternoon: You will go to the wharf to take a boat to visit Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - a UNESCO-recognized heritage is a World Cultural and Natural Heritage, helping Vietnam to be included in the list of 30 World Mixed Heritages for the first time. Take a boat down the winding Sao Khe River between the rice fields, where limestone ranges, valleys and rivers intertwine to create a magical, mysterious space, visit Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Nau Ruou Cave...

15:00: You leave Ninh Binh, follow National Highway 10 to Ha Long, on the way you will feel and explore the typical life and landscape of the Northern Delta with peaceful countryside scenes through the provinces of Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Phong. Arrive in Ha Long, check in, have dinner at the restaurant.

Evening: You are free to walk around and shop at the bustling Ha Long night market with typical products, go up to Bai Chay bridge - the longest cable-stayed bridge in Vietnam.

3Day 3: HA LONG - YEN TU TOURIST AREA - HANOI ( • Breakfast • Lunch • Dinner )

Morning: You have breakfast, check out

  • The car picks up the group to the pier to board the ship, visit Ha Long Bay - A world natural heritage recognized by UNESSCO in 1994, admire the mysterious beauty of thousands of rocky islands and amazing caves: Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave... see the Fishing Village, Am Islet, Rua Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, Cho Da Islet, Ga Choi Islet... 

Noon: The group has lunch at a local restaurant 

Afternoon: Visit the scenic area of ​​Dat Phat Yen Tu - the ancestral land of Truc Lam Zen, visit Thap To Garden, Hoa Yen Pagoda (Cable car fee is not included).

16:00: You get on the car to Hanoi, stop by Hai Duong to visit the shop of Green Bean Cake, Com Cake and other specialties of the North. Arrive in Hanoi, check in to hotel, have dinner at restaurant, stay overnight.

4Day 4: VISIT HANOI – NOI BAI AIRPORT – HO CHI MINH CITY ( • Breakfast • Lunch )

Morning:  You will have breakfast and check out of the hotel.   

  • The car and tour guide will take you to visit  Uncle Ho's Mausoleum.  
  • Ba Dinh Square is a special relic, a place that records many important milestones in Vietnamese history. Any Vietnamese person must know about Ba Dinh Square. The place has marked the heroic traces of the Vietnamese people after many years of being under the yoke of domination. It was also here that our great leader Ho Chi Minh read the declaration of independence giving birth to Vietnam.
  • Shopping at Dong Xuan Market - The largest wholesale market in Hanoi. 

12:30: The group will have dinner at a local restaurant, then the car will take the group to shop for Northern specialties as gifts for relatives

Afternoon: The car will take you to the area of Noi Bai Airport, the tour guide will take you to check in for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City. End of the program, say goodbye to the group and see you again!

CHILD POLICY:

  • Under 5 years old: Free (family pays for any additional costs on the tour). Two adults can only bring 01 child, from the second child will be calculated according to the child package 5 years old and up.
  • From 05 to under 10 years old: sleep with family. Two adults are only allowed to bring 01 child, from the second child the price is calculated as an adult.
  • From 10 years old and up: tour price is the same as for adults.
  • Children's airfare according to airline regulations.

TOUR BOOKING POLICY:

  • First time: Please pay 50% of the tour price after registering to reserve a seat by bank transfer or cash at the company office.
  • Second time: Pay the remaining amount 05 - 07 days before departure date.

CONDITIONS  CANCELLATION OF TOUR: (Not including Saturday, Sunday and holidays)

If you cancel the tour, you will pay the following cancellation fees: 

  • Cancel the tour after registration: 30% of the tour price.
  • 20 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
  • 10-19 days before departure: 75% of the tour price.
  • 0-10 days before departure: 100% of the tour price.
  • The cancellation of the trip must be notified directly to the Company or by fax, email, text message and must be confirmed by the Company. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
  • Due to the nature of the group tour, the travel company will be responsible for receiving enough registrations for the group (10 adults or more) for the tour to depart on schedule. If the group has less than 10 guests, the company is responsible for notifying the guests 3 days before departure and will negotiate a new departure date or refund the entire tour deposit.
  • In cases of force majeure such as terrorism, riots, natural disasters, floods, epidemics, etc. Depending on the actual situation and the convenience and safety of the customer, the Travel Company will proactively notify the customer of the following changes: cancel or replace with a new program with the same cost as the previous tour program. In case the new program arises, the Customer will pay this additional amount. However, each party is responsible for making maximum efforts to help the damaged party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.…
  • For changes in schedules and flight times due to the fault of airlines, trains, and ships, the company will not be responsible for any arising problems due to the above errors such as: arising meals, restaurants, hotels, means of transportation, tour guides, etc.

PLEASE PREPARE YOUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTS TO TRAVEL BY PLANE:

  • People aged 14 and over must have: original CCCD or original passport or original driver's license, new and valid.
  • Children under 14 years old must have: original birth certificate or original passport.
  • Customer's personal documents (CCCD or Passport) are the responsibility of the customer. Any problems such as blurred or unclear images or information on the original documents; expired Passport, CCCD, etc. that do not comply with Vietnamese law, the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund any additional costs.
