Price includes

- New air-conditioned bus.

Price does not include

- Personal entertainment expenses.

- Meals (outside the program).

- Personal expenses: laundry, drinks, phone charges.

- Pick-up points outside the program.

- VAT.

Surcharge

Children's Price Children:

- Children under 5 years old are free (sitting in the same seat on the bus with their parents).

- Children from 5 to 9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price.

- Children from 10 years old and above are charged as adults.

Cancellation

Tour cancellation conditions (weekdays):

- After registering to cancel the tour, 10% of the tour price will be lost.

- Cancel the tour 10 days before the departure date, 30% of the tour price will be charged (excluding holidays and Sundays). Airline ticket cancellation fee according to the airline's regulations.

- Cancel the tour 8 days before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged (excluding holidays and Sundays). Flight ticket cancellation fee according to airline regulations.

- Cancellation of tour 5 days before departure date will be charged 100% of tour price (excluding holidays and Sundays). Airline ticket cancellation fee according to the airline's regulations.

Tour cancellation conditions (holidays):

- On holidays, changing the date and canceling the tour will cost 100% of the tour price.

- In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics or delays/cancellations of ships, trains, and planes, Výlet A Travel will not be responsible for compensating any additional costs other than refunding the costs of unused services of that tour.

Note

- In case the customer brings children under 15 years old (not biological children) with them in the program, they must bring a Power of Attorney from their parents, certified by the local authorities.

- Children must be accompanied by their parents when traveling and must bring a birth certificate or passport projection.

- Guests must be present at the pick-up point 30 minutes in advance. Visitors who arrive late after the bus has departed or cancel the tour without prior notice will be charged a fee similar to ‘cancelling tickets on the day of departure’.

- Visitors must bring their ID card or Passport (Original), and should bring light luggage, not large suitcases.

- Visitors must manage their own money and belongings during the tour.

- When registering, please provide your full name and year of birth.

- For overseas Vietnamese and international visitors entering Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring your customs declaration form and visa when going on the tour.

- The Tour Guide will contact you about 1 day before departure to arrange a pick-up time and provide necessary information for the trip.
