Price includes

Transportation:

Price does not include

- Canoe fee: 800,000/car

- Telephone, laundry, and food and drink charges outside the program.

- VAT 

- Personal expenses other.

Surcharge

Children's Price:

- Children under 3 years old: Free, children eat with parents.

- Children from 3 to 7 years old: 80% - eat, sit in a separate seat, sleep with parents or accompanying relatives.

- Children from 8 years old and up: counted as adults.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy for weekdays

- Cancellation 03 days before departure, 30% of tour fee.

- Cancellation 02 days before departure, 50% of tour fee.

- Cancellation before 01 departure day will incur 100% tour fee.

- On holidays, changing the date and canceling the tour will incur 100% of the tour price.

Note

- In case the customer brings children under 15 years old (not biological children) with them in the program, they must bring a Power of Attorney from their parents, certified by the local authorities.

- Children must be accompanied by their parents when traveling and must bring a birth certificate or passport.

- Visitors must be present at the pick-up point 30 minutes in advance. Visitors who arrive late after the bus has departed or cancel the tour without prior notice will be charged a fee similar to ‘cancelling tickets on the day of departure’.

- Visitors must bring their ID card or Passport (Original), and should bring light luggage, not a large suitcase.

- Visitors must manage their own money and belongings during the tour.

- When registering, please provide your full name and year of birth.

- For overseas Vietnamese and international visitors entering Vietnam with a separate visa, please bring your customs declaration form and visa when going on the tour.

Tour guide

- The Tour Guide will contact you about 1-2 days before departure to arrange a pick-up time and provide necessary information for the trip.
