* Guests checking in are kindly requested to bring the following documents:
- Booking confirmation issued by Chudu24
- ID card or Citizen Identification Card or Passport (for Vietnamese guests) => please make sure to bring them
- Valid Passport + Visa (for foreign guests) => please make sure to bring them
=> Bringing an ID card/ Citizen Identification Card or Passport when checking in is a mandatory hotel policy. Therefore, if guests fail to bring these identity documents, the hotel will not be able to assist with the check-in procedure.
* Applicable until 31.12.2025
- Cancellation before 06 days (Except Saturday, Sunday and Tet holidays) compared to check-in date: Free
- Cancellation within 06 days (Except Saturday, Sunday and Tet holidays) compared to check-in date or no-show: Charge 100% of total room rate booked
- During Tet holiday period, postponement, cancellation or change of arrival date is not applicable.
- Requests to change the stay period, shorten the stay or reduce the number of rooms are considered cancellations and will be applied according to the above cancellation policy.
* From 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025
- Children under 6 years old, sharing bed with parents: Free
- Children from 6 to under 12 years old, sharing bed with parents: Surcharge 300,000/child/night including breakfast
- Children from 12 years old and above are considered adults. Depending on each case, the hotel may request to rent a private room or charge 50% of the room rate
* The hotel cannot accommodate extra beds
Cancellation/change fee of a service booking = cancellation/change fee of the hotel + transaction processing fee.
Cancellation/change fee of the hotel: is the fee calculated based on the cancellation conditions.
Transaction processing fee is as follows:
- Service booking under 5 million: from 50,000 VND to 2% of total service value.
- Service booking over 5 million: 1.5% of total service value.
- Service booking that cannot be canceled/changed and needs support for cancellation/change: depending on the case, the fee will be notified to you before proceeding.
